Mr & Mrs Chuck Settelmyer: May 30, 2010 Red Horse Barn

Fabulous Wedding!  Need I say more?  Once you see all the great photo opps we had, you'll know what I mean!  This was my first Wedding at the Red Horse Barn/Newcastle Wedding Gardens in Newcastle, CA.  Very cool location for Weddings.  There is this perfect little brides room for some 'getting ready' pics, in which the owner has an lovely setup for the brides Wedding Gown, Jewelry, Floral etc.  I personally, as the photographer, couldn't have asked for anything else to assist me in photographing a very beautiful event....oh well, except for the amazing couple we worked with!

Cheri is the sister to a friend of mine.  When I first met with Chuck and Cheri, I felt like we totally clicked. They had their Engagement Session about a year ago up in Coloma and we had a blast working together during that time, so I knew the Wedding was going to be just as fun!

We had a lot of time for Bridal Portraits, which is always something us photographers enjoy!  We were able to take advantage of several locations around the grounds of the Newcastle Wedding Gardens.  Cheri and Chuck were up for anything, so just kept shooting away.

At their reception, is was hardly noticeable that their guests were having a blast, haha!  By the way, I was joking...there were smiles, laughter, drinking and dancing happening all around us.  It was a wonderful celebration with family and friends, who came together to support and show their love for this very happy and 'in love' couple!

Congrats Cheri and Chuck!  You guys are awesome!  I am so glad we had the opportunity at working together and I look forward to photographing your family as it grows!
