Patrick & Alicia: Engagement 7/1/10

Patrick & Alicia were most certainly super 'in love'!  It was apparent just in the way they looked at each other.  On top of that, very easy to photograph as they just had fun with the Session and even brought a fun prop to use...a Scrabble Game.

Why scrabble?  Well, because that is a fun past-time they truly enjoy with each other.  They are both in the military and while apart they can still connect and spend time together while playing scrabble thru the iPhone even!!!  I learned something new that day when Alicia told me that.  I don't have an iPhone, so I'm not terribly up to speed with its technology.  But how fun for them and if they have to be apart for their careers, what a fun way to still enjoy each others company.

Being that they are in the military, they are actually both from other states and are in the process of moving out of California.  They are having their Wedding at the ever so popular East Coast's Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee.  I thought it sounded familiar, but wasn't sure.  I looked it up online and it's beautiful!  I threw a bone out there to let Patrick & Alicia know that I'm a traveling Photographer ... so keep me in mind for their big day next year!  I have never been to Tennessee, so it would be fabulous to see a new place!
