Mr & Mrs Nolan: July 17, 2010 - David Girard Vineyard, Placerville

This super sweet couple saw a Thank You Card we had designed from a past Wedding we photographed and decided to give us a call!  Glen and Lesley are such real people, very down to earth, kind hearted, in love...wonderful people to work with and people that always have a smile on their face!  I was very excited to work with them on their Wedding Day! 

They were married at David Girard Vineyard in Placerville, which was yet another new location for me and a beautiful one at that!  At the vineyard, brides and grooms are married amongst trees and a stage-like area that is built with roman style pillars, a gorgeous setting for any Ceremony.  Ceremonies are suggested by the coordinator to start just after the sun falls behind the trees, so that the guests are out of the direct sun and the lighting for a photographer is amazing!  

Following their beautiful Ceremony, Glen and Lesley hosted their Reception in a large tent with christmas tree lighting all throughout and which sat at the top of a small hill that overlooked a breathtaking sunset.  Their family and friends were all fabulous and fun to work with...an all around fabulous Wedding!!!  Oh and we all survived the heat!  It was a hot one!
